簡(jiǎn)介：Phil Ochs 1940年11月19日出生于德克薩斯州的艾爾帕索。青年時(shí)代的他毅然放棄了大學(xué)生活，投身民謠運(yùn)動(dòng)。在整個(gè)60年代中，他達(dá)到了創(chuàng)作的巔峰。他的作品感召了包括詩(shī)人Jim Carroll、民謠女歌手Bonnie Raitt在內(nèi)的整整一代人，并且在民謠大潮退去后30年間繼續(xù)影響著他們。可能與他曾經(jīng)主修過(guò)的新聞專業(yè)有關(guān)，Ochs的作品中絕大多數(shù)與政治有著密切的聯(lián)系，并一時(shí)被稱為“時(shí)政”(Topical)與抗議(Protest)歌曲，而他本人在政治上傾向于有點(diǎn)激進(jìn)的左派。作為民謠運(yùn)動(dòng)的骨干，他時(shí)刻關(guān)注著諸如波斯尼亞人權(quán)問(wèn)題、削減社會(huì)福利、“反墮胎”呼聲、恢復(fù)死刑制度以及大眾媒體熱衷于獵奇等一波又一波民權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)期的社會(huì)問(wèn)題并隨時(shí)用自己的音樂(lè)來(lái)回應(yīng)。在他的作品中沒(méi)有說(shuō)教，只有取而代之的揶喻與嘲諷。“變遷”(Changes)與“一切不過(guò)是命運(yùn)”(There But For Fortune)算得上是他最傷感的兩首作品，然而在1970年代，Ochs陷入創(chuàng)作的低谷，落落寡歡，借酒澆愁，終于在1976年結(jié)束了自己的生命。
