簡介：這部音樂劇DVD取材于耶穌的生平事跡，韋伯創(chuàng)新地將嚴(yán)肅的宗教故事和前衛(wèi)的搖滾音樂聯(lián)系起來，是一部藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)非常大膽、思想性也極為深刻的作品。如果說《約瑟夫與神奇彩衣》是對(duì)圣經(jīng)故事的圖解，那么《萬世巨星》從表面上看簡直就是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的顛覆與反動(dòng)：上帝的兒子耶穌不再時(shí)刻帶著圣哲的光環(huán)，他有軟弱，有動(dòng)搖，更多的人性代替了神性；猶大賣主也不是出自貪婪，而是出自上帝安排的命運(yùn)，自殺后的猶大穿著白袍帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)天使唱詩班向耶穌提出幾個(gè)哲學(xué)問題，耶穌竟然也不知道答案。細(xì)心的讀者不難看出這樣的情節(jié)安排和電影《耶穌基督的最后誘惑》的相似之處，與后者一樣，該劇剛一推出，便遭到了正統(tǒng)宗教人士的強(qiáng)烈抗議，這反而增加了它的知名度，其插曲《我不知如何愛他》(Idon\\'tknowhowtoloveHim)、《萬世巨星》(Superstar)長時(shí)間徘徊在各大唱片排行榜上。\r筆者感覺此劇的本意和《耶穌基督的最后誘惑》一樣，并不在于離經(jīng)叛道，而是通過曲折的形式表現(xiàn)殉道者對(duì)神的服從，因?yàn)樵谠搫〉淖詈螅d依照神的安排為人類的罪舍身又復(fù)活，并在原諒了他的敵人后升天而去。如果你對(duì)基督教有較深了解的話，相信該劇還是能夠給你一些不同角度的思考。當(dāng)然，撇開背景不談，即便單單作為一出搖滾音樂劇來欣賞，這盤DVD也是不容錯(cuò)過的。該劇的另一個(gè)版本是1973年由環(huán)球影片公司出品的同名電影。\r式圣經(jīng)片給人更親切的感覺。安德魯．萊特韋伯創(chuàng)作的插曲優(yōu)美動(dòng)聽，全片攝影和剪接都具一流水準(zhǔn)。
